Scott Marchant has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 2002. He is a husband and the father of three active school aged children. Scott is a Victoria Real Estate Board Committee Member, a recipient several times of Victoria Real Estate Board's Gold level award for top sales and a multiple, RE/MAX Platinum award winner. He continues to be in the top 10% of all Realtors in Victoria.

Born and raised in Victoria, Scott Marchant has spent over 25 years of his professional life working in the corporate world. The majority of that time as a Corporate Executive with responsibilities encompassing Corporate Management Training, Business Operations, Commercial Real Estate and most importantly Customer Service. Through the course of this career he traveled extensively in North America, residing in Burnaby, Winnipeg and Maple Ridge. During his relocations and business travels Scott confirmed what he knew all along, Victoria is one of, if not, the most beautiful place in the world to live! He then made the decision to bring his business knowledge, his experience dealing with diverse contacts and the understanding of the relocation process to a new career in Victoria's Real Estate market. Teaming up with long time friend and 15 year veteran in the Victoria Real Estate industry - Guy Crozier, was the final piece to complete a perfect career move.
